ADHD: A Hunter in a Farmer's World
by Thom Hartmann Author
Often goal oriented and creatively detailed, people with ADHD would have thrived in a hunter-gatherer society versus the society of chaos we have today, argues this book. If we take the time to reframe our view of ADHD, we can begin to look into how all our brains operate and interpret in differing ways, and maybe ADHD isn't a disorder, but just another difference in the way humans can operate. From this we can then learn how to handle those differences and even embrace and nurture them.
