Dr. Sonya Patel is a Doctor of Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine. She has been practicing for over 20 years and has an office in Sugar Land, Texas. Mirvana Acupuncture was named after her daughter, Mira. After experiencing a rough fertile journey herself, Dr. Patel became boarded in fertility by The Acupuncture and TCM Board of Reproductive Medicine. She loves teaching her patients and medical students the beauty of fertility in a comical way. Dr. Patel is an acupuncturist that also specializes in oncology, pain management, gynecological disorders, stress/anxiety, and cosmetic acupuncture. She conducts research with several hospitals across the United States and loves teaching acupuncture. Sonya completed her internships at Texas Medical Center hospitals and externships in China and Africa.
