Detroit: I Do Mind Dying
by Dan Georgakas Author and Marvin Surkin Author
This book chronicles the formation of the Dodge Revolutionary Union Movement and the League of Revolutionary Black Workers in the 1960s and 70s. Those two groups became incredibly important political organizations in fighting for Black liberation and rights for workers. By studying the history of how these groups came to be, activists today can learn by example in the current fight for political change and liberation of the oppressed.
