This cookbook is that imagining brought to fruition; Romero has created a new world of food within the confines of this cookbook's pages, and it's delicious as well as cruelty free. Romero veganizes everything from dumplings to Moroccan filo pie, and her recipes are easy to follow but exciting and imaginative nonetheless. Vegan or not, this book is a great way to start cooking a wider variety of delicious meals that also happen to be better for you, animals, and the environment.
