This guided journal for crystal practitioners of all levels offers guidance and a space for to document their crystal healing practices. A companion to the title The Power of Crystal Healing and the Crystal Healing deck, this journal can also be used with other crystal healing titles. The journal doesn’t have a set start date and organizes its 70 entries by different chakras and their associated crystals. The journal’s prompts will encourage the user to work through physical ailments and mental ones alike — with space to document the physical qualities one is working one as well as emotional ones. The author of the other titles and creator of this journal, Uma Silbey, is a crystal healing practitioner with over 40 years of experience. Here she imparts knowledge to expand and progress one’s practice.
