Persepolis 2: The Story of a Return

Marjane Satrapi continues the humorous, heartrending story of her life growing up in Tehran, Iran, in the middle of the Islamic Revolution. These new comic panels take us through her difficult, homesick high school days in Vienna and her jarring return to Iran, which has changed as much as she has in her time away. Marjane must figure out where to go from there, as she's not sure there's a future for her in Iran, its repressive environment complicating the already desperately difficult time that is adolescence.
