Furniture Makeovers: Simple Techniques for Transforming Furniture with Paint, Stains, Paper, Stencils, and More
by Barb Blair Author and J. Aaron Greene Author
So this book wasn't exactly written for or by the punks, but it's essentially useful--it details the ways in which you can make your crummy, junk lot furniture look cool and interesting, whatever that means to you. It's embedded with decent DIY techniques and how-to's, which you can refer to as much or as little as you'd like to during the creative process. You can also bond over this one with your square relatives. Minimal opportunity for insult or injury within the confines of interior decoration conversation, right?
(This book may contain a sharpie mark on the top or bottom edge and may show mild signs of shelfwear.)
