At the center of this conspiracy movement is the enigmatic “Q”, an anonymous user claiming to be a high-level government insider with “Q-level” clearance. The range of claims by this user range from claiming that Donald Trump wrongfully lost the 2020 election to him being anointed by God to lead the country against child abusers and cannibal Democrats.
