Sing Like a Fish: How Sound Rules Life Underwater

When it comes to sound, the ocean is a symphony that animals and organisms tap into in order to survive and communicate, in addition to how human development has caused disruption and discord in the harmony of the oceanic soundscapes. With current developments in technology to detect, record, capture sound — humans can now trace how sound travels with the currents and is affected by all the dynamics of the water including things like water temperature and and salinity.
