Prepped

by Bethany Mangle Author

"Always be ready for the worst day of your life." That's the mantra that Becca has grown up hearing. Her family is part of a community of doomsday preppers, people who prioritize survivalist training above all else. From throwing her into a freezing lake to arranging her marriage, Becca is fed up and ready to run away with a full ride to a college as far away as she can go - but then tragedy strikes her family. As the entire community is pushed even further into prepping and Becca's little sister is pulled deeper into the doomsday ideology, Becca has to learn how to take a risk and confide in someone if she stands a chance of saving herself and her little sister, forcing herself to take a chance on hoping for the best instead of planning for the worst.
