This yoga book has a few poses and postures you can do - most quite gentle - but the heart and bulk of the book is devoted to 52 meditations on various yogic teachings. You're invited to explore your relationship with ideas such as forgetfulness, conflict, contentment, jealousy, intensity, sexuality, how you relate to people who are behaving virtuously or wickedly, and how to let go of baggage and negative thoughts. Each one contains questions to reflect on and exercises (usually of a mental variety) to do throughout your week. Add depth to your practice both on and off the mat.
