Studs Terkel's Working: A Graphic Adaptation

Studs Terkel's classic book Working is comprised of interviews with working-class people about their jobs, so who better to adapt it into a graphic novel than Harvey Pekar of American Splendor fame. Working is about class, and what it means to make a living, what it's like to be waitress, a factory worker, an athlete, an actor. The stories come straight from the people who live them, the normal people like us whose voices we rarely hear. And now those stories are illustrated to boot.
