The CBT Art Workbook for Coping with Depression
This book of creative worksheets is designed to help adults manage depression, using the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The activities follow a typical CBT framework: Understanding the nature of depression, linking your thoughts, feelings, and behavior, exploring multiple levels of thinking and beliefs, and identifying goals and planning for the future. You can complete each worksheet by writing or drawing, and you can also color in parts of the pages while considering each idea.
