Presidential Misconduct
by James M. Banner, Jr Editor
In the 70s a House Judiciary Committee created a historical account of all of the past misdeeds of previous presidents. It showed that every president, besides the ill-fated William Henry Harrison, had been embroiled in a scandal or accused of misconduct at some point in their presidency. This work updates that report through to Barack Obama, giving us a metric as to how we should be judging the actions of the present and future administrations.
